Welcome to Palomar Station
Designed by Todd Kuhlman
Palomar Station represents the kind of visionary, client-focused design process that defines Kuhlman Scott Architects. Approached to reimagine a brewery and restaurant complex in Vista for Carl Strauss, our team embraced the challenge—delivering a completely new vision in record time during an intensive design charrette.
The bold, subdued modern industrial style we developed offered a unique and affordable solution perfectly tailored to the project’s context, with special attention paid to visual impact through images and video renderings.
Our approach showcases not just aesthetic innovation, but also practical problem-solving: designing a four-building complex that promotes community engagement with spaces for performances, dining, and social gatherings. Even though this specific scheme did not proceed to construction, the quality and forward-thinking nature of the work speaks volumes about our capability as architects.
